BREANA FOLEY
Therapy and healing for women in midlife in Rogers, Minnesota, navigating life transitions and loss.
Find Yourself Again After Loss, Change, and Life’s Unexpected Turns.
Specialized therapy and healing for women navigating grief, midlife transitions, and the feeling of losing touch with who they are.
Maybe a major loss or life transition has left you questioning everything. Maybe your mind never seems to turn off. You overthink conversations, have relational issues, and even find yourself wondering what you walked into the room for, or whether you already washed your hair in the shower.
Perhaps you’re tired of feeling overwhelmed, unheard in your relationships, or disconnected from the person you thought you’d be by now.
And underneath it all is a question you can’t quite shake:
Who am I now, and what do I really want? You don't need to become someone else. You need space to reconnect with yourself.
Together, we'll work toward a deeper understanding of who you are today, what matters to you now, and how you want to move into your next chapter, with greater self-trust, meaningful connection, and the freedom to live in a way that feels like you.
I'm Breana Foley, MS, LMFT. With more than a 6 years of therapeutic experience and over 10 years as a Reiki Master and Yoga teacher, I help women understand the patterns that keep them stuck, reconnect with their needs, and rediscover a sense of clarity, confidence, and inner trust.
My approach is different. Our work is compassionate, body-centered, and integrative. We bring together somatic therapy, mindfulness, nervous system awareness, and spirituality to explore not just what you're thinking, but what you're feeling, what you've been carrying, and what your body may be trying to tell you.
I’m a little unconventional, naturally curious, and wired to look beneath the surface. I love connecting dots, asking the questions that make you think, and turning life’s tangled messes into something that actually makes sense. I bring warmth, compassion, a playful spirit, and a healthy respect for the fact that sometimes life is just weird. I love what I do, and I hope you can feel that. Because healing can be deep, meaningful work without being serious all the time.

Healing Begins When You See What’s Possible
I’m not your typical therapist. I don't just teach healing practices; I live them. I believe awareness and compassion can transform how we experience ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.
You're here for more than just getting by. You're here to grow, thrive, and experience the wonder of being alive. Sometimes, we simply need to slow down and reconnect with what's possible.
Why Transitions Can Leave You Feeling Lost
Major life transitions can disrupt the roles, relationships, and routines that once gave your life structure and meaning. When the future you imagined takes an unexpected turn, you may find yourself questioning who you are and what comes next.
If you've spent years putting others first, it can be difficult to recognize your own needs, desires, and sources of joy. Slowing down and turning inward can feel uncomfortable when you're used to staying busy, being needed, or having a plan.
My approach combines nervous system awareness, somatic practices, and mindfulness to help you understand old patterns, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust. You don't have to figure out your next chapter alone.
Understand Your Patterns. Change Your Life.
Our early experiences shape how we regulate emotions, navigate relationships, and see ourselves. These patterns can show up as overthinking, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling disconnected from what we truly want.
My integrative approach combines nervous system regulation, developmental trauma awareness, relational skills, mindfulness, and the exploration of how our beliefs shape our experiences.
With greater awareness and compassion, you can break old patterns, build healthier relationships, and create a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are.
